All home rentals are two night minimum, and three nights on holidays.  No pets allowed. No Smoking allowed inside. Damage deposit held. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to arrival or at time of  booking.  CONFIRMATION is not confirmed until one nights payment and the damage deposit is paid.

Cleaning fee applies on most homes $50 to $150 depending on size.

1000 Coventry Rd 3-2 on a hilltop overlooking Lake Travis. Large decks to gill and have adinner overlooking the river. $300 night  or $350.00 on holidays.

8 Center Cove I: 1 bedroom guest suite on the water. King bed, full kitchen, Living room wth solfa sleeper. $125 night or $150/night on holidays

141 Hill Loop : 3 bedroom - 2 bath with amazing Hill Top Lake Travis views. $250-350 /night depending on dates and # of people.
