On vacant lots you will also be paying a water/sewer "stand-by" fee of $216.00 per year until you build.

There is a $35.00 transfer fee to transfer a membership over to a new homeowner. This is not due on vacant lots since there is not a memberhip on lots that are not improved.

All homes must have a "Grinder pump" installed for sewer. Costs for most Grinder pump systems can be $3,500.00-$5,500.00 depending on your contractor and work required.

Tranfer Forms: Your membership can be transfered to a new buyer.  Call for the Transfer Forms
